How can I book?
Just click any Book Now button to reach our booking page. Complete your booking information and we will quickly confirm your booking and, in every case, within 24 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation within 48 hours after booking will result in a full refund minus the booking deposit administration fee of £50 and any bank transfer charges we incur. Beyond that, cancellation will also incur the loss of the deposit paid by you. Full payment is due 8 weeks before start of holiday and will also be forfeited thereafter unless cancelled by us. See our Terms and Conditions for full cancellation policy information. We advise all guests to have their own travel insurance policy.
Do you accept children?
Yes. Kingfisher Cottage has a stairgate, travel cot, highchair and special cutlery & plates are also available. And, for older children and adults there is a Smart TV & WiFi. And Pendra Loweth facilities include indoor soft-play area, pool table, outdoor play equipment, football goals, basketball & netball hoops and tennis courts. Plus, seasonal only, a splashpool & jacuzzi. Local child-friendly attractions include Via Ferrara Falmouth high-wire and zip-wire adventure park, Glendurgan Garden Maze, Flicka Foundation Donkey Sanctuary and the Cornish Seal Sanctuary.
Do you allow dogs?
We welcome one large or two medium-sized well-behaved dogs whose owner cleans up after it, at a charge of £25 per stay. Our garden becomes fully enclosed with the use of a foldable dog fence, and feeding bowls and dog treats are available. Although your dog must be on a lead at all times at Pendra Loweth, only 5 minutes walk away there is a private 2 acre field for guests with dogs, and public footpaths lead off to the nearby beaches & SW coastal path a mile away. Nearby Maenporth and Swanpool beaches are dog-friendly all year, except between 10 am & 6 pm in July & August. For fully year-long dog-friendly local beaches try Trelissick Garden (NT), Trebah Garden Beach .
